Attention All Families: Beginning with the 2017-2018 School year all students must submit the required Health Forms on or before the 1st day of school or they will NOT be allowed to start school until it is complete and those days of absence will be counted unexcused.
Students entering Kindergarten, 6th and 9th Grades are required to submit a School Physical with Up-to-date immunizations, or Physician signed Medical or Religious Objection paperwork.
12th graders must be Up-to-date with two Meningitis immunizations, or one after their 16th birthday.
This change is being implemented following School Board adoption of this New 1st Day Exclusion Policy at their February 21, 2017 meeting. This is a change from the October 15 exclusion policy which was being followed previously.
